1. Miles of Morocco
This ride will take you on a 2,570-kilometre loop from the Moroccan port of Ceuta through an incredible landscape of ancient kasbahs, bazaars, and desert communities. You’ll snake your way through the Todra Gorge and experience the imperial city of Marrakech before a coastal ride, a blacktop cruise to Casablanca, and a well-earned rest back in Ceuta.
2. The Great Ocean Road
This one day ride is great for those looking for a relatively easy ride with undeniably spectacular views. The 290-kilometre ride from Melbourne to Petersborough, Victoria passes sensational surfing beaches and stunning limestone outcroppings along the rugged Shipwreck Coast.
3. Circling South Africa
South Africa boasts so many features that make it great for a motorcycling holiday. It is home to amazing natural scenery, great roads, and an excellent climate. The Cape Town circuit will take you on a 1690 kilometre trail twisting through coastal roads, Addo National Park and its wild elephants, an open-throttle snarl through the semi-desert of Great Karoo, and the wine country of the Little Karoo Mountains.
4. From Mountains to the Mediterranean
The Pyrenees Loop is a remarkable motorbike trail that will take you through 2,410 kilometres of iconic and diverse landscapes in both France and Spain. Starting in the Spanish town of Bilbao, you’ll head east into the Pyrenees mountains, border hopping between France and Spain before passing the Dali Museum in Figueres and cruising along the Mediterranean coast into France. Winding through narrow mountain passes in France, you’ll experience incredible bends all the way to the French town of Biarritz.
5. Your Motorcycle Diaries
You can follow in the footsteps of everyone’s favourite autocrat Che Guevara by cruising around Cuba on your motorcycle just like he did. Classic American cars and creaky ox carts are companions on your clockwise loop from Havana to Baracoa, with plenty of time for salsa, cigars and rum between the legs of your ride.
